After you visit
Keep prescriptions, results, follow-up dates and discharge instructions. Contact the hospital if you experience worsening symptoms or unclear instructions.
HMO patients
Confirm eligibility, provider access and pre-authorisation rules before planned care. Some services may require approval before treatment.
