Before planned care

During care
The desk works with clinical, billing and claims teams to support verification and documentation. Clinical care decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.
After care
Patients may need discharge documents, claims documents, prescriptions, follow-up appointments or payer updates.
